Our Company
Since 1982 we have been dealing with screen printing at the service of fashion industry and the ongoing research of new materials to acquire new techniques, has always been our strong point. The experience gained over the years, as a partner of the most famous fashion companies has led us up to open in 2009 a branch in Tunis, thanks to this, we can continue to offer the same service to our customers who have chosen to relocate part of their production in Tunisia. To date, our customers have greatly appreciated the opportunity to work with us and make their own samples by us.
The factory in Tunis is equipped to make both samples and production, is also involved in rhinestones application, jeans special processing and other advanced techiques and is followed by italian technicians resident in Tunisia.

Deepen new techniques has always been our main strenght.
Procedure
Sometimes, as a result of industrial washing, there can be sewing tightness problems in particular areas such as pockets'junctions(for instance).
The same problem is for trousers'belt loops, which no longer meet tightness standards.
Today, thanks to our patch production, the problem is almost solved. Our patch production can be made either with our fabrics or with the fabrics provided by customers.
On the inner part of the patch is applied a potent glue, which melts when applied, welding definitively the fabric with the sewing thread.
Patches are available in any shapes or sizes.
Our company also deals with patches application. The process is very simple and can be performed also by customers, with the use of a high quality press, respecting the regulation parameters provided.
The patch complies with the fabric without being too much visible.
Example of a finished work. At this moment any breaking point such as pockets or loops acquires a resistance higher than the original.
